Hi there...from what its been told to me is that...El Capitan State Beach is part of the Adapt Renew Preserve, which is undergoing general plan updates to address storm damage, aging infrastructure, and high recreation demand. Hopefully, by next year, we will be able to enjoy those sites. 😏
